Learning on the job
In which direction do you want to develop as an individual or as a company? Is your comfort zone big enough or do you want to expand it? Learn new skills and work on your (personal) development in horticulture. "Learning on the job" means focusing on the learning objectives and learning challenges you and your staff face every single day on the work floor.
Your workplace is a great learning environment. Through specific training courses and implementation of learning challenges, you are enabled to grow as a person and/or as an expert. Periodic meetings for training and guiding the learning process enables you to learn and develop in a natural way.
“Leaning on the Job” as a group
This means learning with and from your colleagues, and at the same time, facing your own challenges. In this way, the company and its people will grow and develop towards predetermined goals, but every individual will walk his/her own learning trajectory.
